I recently bought a used Core Code CR151 FHSS radio and I ordered a couple of extra receivers from Hobbyking (HKR3000). These work fine with the CR151.
I also bought a cheap Tamco 2 channel FHSS Tx (TAC200) from ebay which seems to bind OK with the HK Rx's (I get a green light on the Rx), but the servos do not respond.
Now, I was under the impression that Tamco/Core/Etronix radios were all the same (i.e. just rebadged versions of the same radio)
Looking on line leads me to believe that the HKR3000 Rx should work with the Tamco TAC200.
If it binds, does this mean it is compatible or not? I know there are different "flavours" of FHSS.
The Tx may well be faulty. Is there anything else I can try?
Totally new to 2.4GHz.
