Just got a message from Youtube that Tamiya America Inc has requested one of the vintage promotional videos removed due to copyright claim....

All I can say is ... WHY ???
It's the vintage model video for the 58072 Avante...

Really? They are absolutely crazy! That's totally idiot. What are they loosing making that? their fan it's sure.

Apparently it's the watermark that annoyed them...

It's amazing how differently Tamiya and Kyosho treats their customers and fans. I have actually experienced that Kyosho have given away vectorized graphics to be used for reproduction of vintage decals. It's two different worlds.... with Tamiya hitting hard on distribution of old manuals, repro decals, and now old videos. It's totally crazy.... makes absolutely no sense...

And now the rest of the videos are gone, and my youtube account is deleted...
Oh well...

I should have considered fancying Kyosho instead...
