:) I tested a easy and removable dirt, it is to use wood white glue mixed with water 50/50 and put some very fine sand on before drying. I do that for my diorama's ground

Peelable dirt? Excellent :y:

I might give that a go - but I think the paint will need a while to harden off first :)

:) You just have to brush the withe glue on your body where you want, and put a very fine sand or dry scrub. :y: I made it on my first grasshopper 2 and when it didn't pease me just a warm shower and it is gone. :y:

I had a go at making a shorter body post - I thought the machined out end would be the tricky bit, so started there ... this was the second attempt, I broke a titanium nitride drill off in the first one, that wasn't go to come out in a hurry

M3 tapped to fix on to the the shorty body post still on the car:

Marking & turning down the pointy end:

& the other end ... untouched bit between the two needs to be tapered ...

I probably should have left it here & lived with the step near the top, but I pushed it a bit to far ... I wouldn't say I spoiled it, but it could have been better :(

It's a reflection of what it says on the roof, rather than the costs :)

Regardless I think this netting suits the scale and looks perfect B)

You can build yourself the net, I think.
Take a wood plate, use it as a frame and make a square with hammer and nails all around.
Then use some cotton wire and build the net. You can choose the shape and the dimension of the net squares.
Then use some vynil glue on the cotton wires and let dry*.
Once dry you paint it as you like and trim away the extra net not needed.

* Keep in mind that the net must be raised and separated from the wood plate or they will be glued all together.
