:unsure: I ordered a decals sheet for my RALT but I have a doubt. Should I keep it unpainted with their old stickers or should I strip them and paint the body and apply the MCI decals????

That's a whole can of worms ... I think it depends what you are trying to match it to, there are several "correct" answers:

1 - the text in the manual says to use Clear only "to make the most of the moulding color", and doesn't mention a body colour at all ...
2- until you get to the "alternative" 1979 paint scheme of white, royal blue, orange and what Tamiya refer to as "blue" but probably should be French Blue;
3 - there's a 3rd alternative in the manual (with Parmalat as the main sponsor) that's called out (correctly) as white and Royal Blue;
4 - to match the plastic colour (and the boxart - possibly, though that's open to interpretation), X-4 Blue or TS-15 Blue;
5 - to match the 1:1 car (which is much darker, almost black in some photos) - X-3 Royal Blue (airbrushed, over grey primer) would be my preference. <--
6- There's no real equivalent to TS-15 in the TS range, TS-51 Racing Blue is a litle darker but I think you'd have to use a black undercoat to get any real change in shade.

1:1 car (appears a slightly lighter blue in some photos):
