7 days to get from Sweden to Germany ?

To be fair it "only" took 4 days to get to Germany. Seems it has sat in the terminal there for 3 days

I'll never understand postage times? 1 item from the states "a month" 2 item from the states "5 days" Both shipped with same company & same cost?
