Welcome on board chap :)

The B2B Sidecar is quite rare, interesting to aficionados, but really not that valuable - it just doesn't have broad appeal, I don't remember anyone buying it at the time & it only tends to be Tamiya completists (that have to have one of everything) that would be interested now.

RC cars devalue massively when built, more so when used, and even more so if they're incomplete. Body sets can be worth a lot, but only if they're untouched. Based on what I can see in the photos the chassis is pretty poor & very incomplete, one of the bodies looks ok, the other less so, and the boxed bodyset has been buggered about with & may not be complete ...

Taking all that into account, 100 to 120 AUD for the lot would be fair price for a reasonably quick sale. You might get more (up to 180 AUD I'd guess) on an open eBay auction with lots of good photos, but then again you'd be rollign the dice - you might only get 75 & there's no way of knowing TBH. You might net more by splitting it into three lots - 1: the boxed body set, 2: as complete a car as you can make, anmd 3: the left over body.

The other alternative is to keep it & restore/rebuild it - I'd recommend it that if it's got any sentimental value to you at all. Of course, if you just bought it on spec for 10 bucks at a yard sale & want to flip it quickly then I'm wasting my time, in fact based on past experience you'll probably cop a snot for me suggesting it's in anything less than pristine condition & worth a fortune

;)

Hey do you still have that B2B[both] or parts?
Thats just the kind of beat-on Tamiya R/C B2B items I would be looking for.
I would love a trashed one to go bash on some more.
If you have it listed on ebay let me know, I'll check it out.
If your parting it, I would be into most of the chassis.... the front end for sure.
Let me know
