Got me a nearly new Lunchbox the other day which originaly wanted to sell on, but as it is I couldn't leave it alone. After some research I decided to give it a tweak or two.
- front 'carbon' shock brace - rear 'carbon' shock brace - oil shocks - rear third shock - ballbearings ( ) - centered steering servo - - aluminium bodymounts ( thinking about - Junfac rear suspension mod upgrade 21.12: LEDs added (hope they survive the apocalyps ) upgrade 28.12: foams in the wheels I will let the pics speak for themselves.

Hi Dasbeermeister
You can also look at JR's take on this mod (www.tamiyabase....-mods.html). I followed his instructions and it works a treat. Marius

Seen JRs post but couldnt find it anymore thx.
Added one more picture, closeup of how the third shock attaches to the gearbox. That will be all for now, I just wanted to create a short photo summary that shows what is usefull on this type of chassis. More extensive threads with more text and pictures can be found online. maybe I will try it with these wheels |
