Numbers on SRB Pipe Joints 2 years 6 months ago #68024

Fellow Vintage RC friends,
I just noticed once more when building another SRB (Fighting Buggy), that Tamiya put numbers on the pipe joints. The ones used for the cage around tranny and motor. They don't distinguish between them in the manual, though. I wonder, what are those numbers for, for what reason did Tamiya put them in the joints?

Curious to hear from you,

Cheers

Nothing exciting, just traceability across multiple sets of moulds :)

Yes they are mould numbers like on duralex glasses.

So that's what this is about :-) Thanks so much, both of you.
