Hi all, just wondering whether anyone can give me the correct paint codes for the driver figure to best resemble the box art?
Im i bit out of my depth and the various paint types are a little confusing.
I think i need the helmet paint in cans and possibly the overall paint. ive seen a few folks go with a flat brown paint for the gloves and boots, id like to have that paint too, the brush on type.
Many thanks in advance!

Oh and the yellow for the jerry can, brush on again please. Also, is the x-18 semi gloss black best for the wheel arches? ive seen folks using different and been advised to use the rubberized black to brush on. Thanks again:)

I found the 2 pages online which have all the colour codes your looking for :y: However it doesn't list colours for the driver but rather suggests "paint driver as you like" .

Thanks Andyaus, really appreciate the effort but the driver colours are unlisted, tamiya advise you paint the driver as you wish. I'd like to make mine look like the box art and most people go that same route, I'd love to get mine looking as good as some if the members here have!

Then I think the best person to speak to is Jonny Retro :)

The four Wild Willy Drivers in this batch I painted as:

Willy's Wheeler Uniform ... maybe the Wheeler wouldn't start or something

Standard uniform:

Air Cavalry Willy:

Lumberjack Willy:

The two Wheeler drivers I did in variations of the standard uniform, yellow & light red (dark pink?) ...

... so now I have a full set of spares:

Thanks Andy, but apart from the boxart & light blue wheeler drivers, all of those have gone to new homes :) / :(

@ Lee - look at the Tamiya paint colour charts e.g. www.wonderlandm...nt-charts/ & pick what you think looks closest to the picture on the box - X are gloss brush paints, XF matt, TS are aerosols (PS are aerosols for polycarbonate bodies).

Thanks guys, that's really helpful, I was wondering what on earth the different letters in the paint codes were! I shall endeavour to find a good match:)
