Didn't really need the 4mm shims but that's what I thought about the 5mms when I ordered 3mm last time. Hoping the masking tape will leave less residu (or preferably none) than the last stuff I used... Anybody have an idea what this image is supposed to be? I can continue on the DF-01 now. |

I have been using the Tamiya masking tape for some time, and I really like it. Not much residue, and quite flexible too. (at least the 6 mm one)
Signature now gets correct formatting if you edit it in your Profile. Use normal BBcode if you want.

Cool, I went from regular (household) masking type (way too sticky) to the best I could find at the local hardware store.
But that stuff is too thick - and blue. You can't hold it against the light to see what you're doing with the hobby knife. Heard good things about liquid mask too but went for the T brand. That image on the back of the package looks a bit like a transmitter... But what would the bearing-like thing be then? |
