Thanks guys.
I’m not too bothered by new Tamiya, I think I’m one of those people who has returned to hobby at the same time period the teenage me left it.

Cheers Flo, I don’t even know what a TA03 is, so it shows we’re I’m at.
I’d certainly like to know a bit more about some of Tamiya’s more recent stuff. Just to further my own interest and knowledge. I do have a NIB Lancia 037, which I got because it looks stunning. I think this is on a TA02S chassis. So it will be an interesting build when I get to it. I’d probably say my interest is within the first 50. One thing on my to do list is a Street Scorcher, so I’ll need a modern chassis for it. Cheers guys. |

For a street scorcher the dt02 should be nice. With tr15t style wheeles.
The ta02 is one of my favorite chassis. Easy and fun to build. And the 037 body is awesome.

I had this vague recollection of a dream of buying a nice, bargain priced M-03 chassis with an unused Mini body, and a nice, bargain priced Monster Beetle rolling chassis ...
Proving that you shouldn't browse eBay with a high fever and little or no sleep, this slightly tired, incomplete and slightly broken Blackfoot chassis turned up: I'm not too unhappy about it, but I don't really have a use for it - or a body to put on it - worst case is I put it back on ebay & get most of what I paid for it back again Attachments:

I know the feeling Johnny, I have done it a couple times. A few of my buys have gone right back onto Ebay, you might break even or better. LOL
Just looked up the Street Scorcher Flo, very cool concept! |
