That Robbe Cheyenne has a body which looks like a knock off from Kyosho Tomahawk... would be curious to see from where the internals inspiration comes (assuming it is part of those cars where there is a lot of components directly copied from other hits from the market at the same time, or even worse a pure rip off of the car of the moment)
I buy kits to built and ru(i)n them :-)

Oh no, the chassis is it's own design :)

Interesting! And just looking at the chassis, I can sense an obvious week point... Hope the upper part is fixed to the bottom part on both front and rear parts...

If useful, it seems there is a set of wheels for this car on ebay currently (saw those and asked myself if it could fit one of the Marui cars)...

[3039] Kyosho STAR LIGHT BLUE BIRD Racing Pneus Roues RC Modélisme jantes phrase | eBay

It's marked as Kyosho, but it's really not. Blue Bird was the original brand of that Robbe Cheyenne, I think... And it even existed with a monoshock version...

Edit : PS: I did some search on those couple of models as I found them quite intriguing and was about to fire an ebay order at some point. It was the day before I found the first of the Hunters I'm currently working on...

Yeah, you are down under, that makes quite a long way (and cost) to cross the center of earth...
On a side note, getting 2 complete set of wheels being sent from Sweden to France is adding a 1/4 of the price of 2 sets (and if it was only one set, it would cost half the price of that set - and don't ask me how I know this, I hope I'll be able to share that soon enough... )...

Got my backordered Hotshot  2 days ago, not bad considering some of the delays these days. This will be a higher performance runner. 15T Quad Speed gems motor and full bearings, nothing too exotic.
