I believe the new PM system is now up and running!
You can access your PM's through the top menu -> Members -> Private messages
There's an indication on "Your Profile" page with an opened or closed envelope (top right) which is supposed to link to your inbox, but for some reason that does not work.
The system is setup so you will get email notification of new emails.
The pop-up we had on the front page (and a few other pages) of new messages will no longer work.

Now we also have a notification in the top right corner (big screen) or below the Logout button (mobile screens) showing if you have unread messages in your inbox.
