Today I made a little headway with the escort RS 58112
I removed the ESC that had been fitted and replaced with an MSC and servo as it was originally meant to be
It all went to plan and I am very happy with the outcome
Can anyone tell me if the motor would be original to the car, I know it came with a 540 just wasn’t expecting the black and red wires

The rs 540 sh looks good but not a tamiya. Maybe more a graupner. Wires should be yellow and green and can more shiny.

I’ve been busy this evening :y,
Put this lunchy back to original shocks and wheels and installed servos and RX

And I’ve also installed (old)new plastics to support the now installed MSC and servos on project Martini TA-01

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

I did the test run for my custom 1:10 IH pulling tractor...

Electronics in place, 7,2v Majorette batt pack, Futaba receiver, quicrun ESC, HiTec steering servo, etcetera...

It's been four years to finally have some fun with it!

A quick look at the steering linkage and the whole layout from the underside:

You all have a good weekend!
