What are you working on at the minute, or is it still the new workshop build ?

I have just been tidying up around the place after the mess all the works created, The Workshop is the Priority but we haven't started building it yet  I will be doing a fair amount of prep work to the materials (like paint) so when my buddies come over we should be able to get it to an enclosed building in 1 day  Just a busy time at the minute with the Festival last weekend and My Sons 2nd Birthday party this weekend then a friends Daughters engagement party the following :pinch:

Hey Andy, thanks for thinking my Scorcher was Tamiya Base worthy
I was also able to install a micro servo for the navigators head. I’m a bit of a scale freak

So after putting a Cheetah chassis together at the weekend.
It’s given me a little nudge to try to move on some of my other builds.
So I had a bit of time in between my daughters after school activities today to do a bit more on my XR311.
The chassis has been together for a while.
So today I cleaned up a pair of Acoms ASA 227 servos to get some radio gear in the chassis.
They aren’t stuck in yet, but steering and speed control servos are there.
So I had 2 original msc’s but neither 100% complete. Well they are 40 years old, roughly !? But I think I can get 1 together. I’ll have to improvise the spring to finish it off.
The original has a spring from the servo to the Mac, opposite the servo rod.

Cheers Al

A beautifull xr Al.
For your spring, try a lighter spring. ;)
