Hi Flo, thanks for the advice.
I know this is an impossible piece to get.
I saw someone selling a complete msc NIP, but I couldn’t justify the money when I knew I could re-use something I already had.
I’m thinking a spring out of a ball point pen or something similar.

Thanks again.

Al

Can I call this " What I did last night ".
So I've just bought a Porsche 934 body shell. I know this could possibly be from the Big Series kit. I think it's a later RC body shell. Possibly when they did the body set with the Jagermeister livery ??

Too be totally honest, I've always wanted one of these from when I was a teenager of the 80's and they used to be in the Tamiya RC catalogues.
Boy have I got my work cut out for me. This is the starting point and no I haven't got a chassis or anything else tucked away in a box.
The plan is to strip the rest of the paint off, hope it doesn't disintegrate and then probably put it in a box and forget about it for a while.

Let's just pretend this didn't happen.

Have a good day everyone.

Al

I have the man flu so didn't want to do anything too involved or using power tools or knives, so I made some more 6mm mesh. Useful size is about 230mm x 240mm so i should have enough for at least 4 more Bel Ray Bullets, should I ever want to build any more  :)

So, you ordered another srb? Or only the body set?

Jonny, get well soon,

I really wouldn't have the patience to even start that even if I was feeling anything less than 100%.

Thanks Al :)

I've put the bucket back in the cupboard, so I'm improving :)
