Rattle cans, but I did at least prime my bodies before spraying the final colour.

Hi Caprinut I used this. I used the 16 amp one for the speed controllers.

I’ve searched around for ages trying to get the correct thickness of wire.
And have bought various types in the process, I’ve found it surprisingly hard to find a good match for the original stuff Tamiya use.
At least buying it like this you get 4 colours together. Green, yellow, black and red.
I’m still trying to find a good replacement for the motor wire. But I’m currently using this one below in 14AWG , but the outer covering is silicon I think and is a bit thicker than the original, but at least it looks correct.

Cheers Al.

Why did I not think of that!
You are genious!
I even have a spare trailer wires still in a bag somewhere, intended to fit on my former daily.

Thank you for both tips :y: :y: :y:

So today is day 3 of RC time. It’s usually a case of grabbing the time when I can.
But with no work to worry about and most of the DIY done this week has been mostly about doing something for me.

So over the last two days I’ve been trying to get as much of my Blazing Blazer chassis back together. I like building these chassis and it was just a box of bits for ages.
This is pretty much as far as I can go with it. But it’s been fun.

I won a load of FAV and Wild One bits on eBay on Monday so I’m now looking forward to those turning up.
That should help me finish the FAV I got off Martin ages ago.
