Anyone aware of a small and typical drawing of a Tamiya car? I'd like to make a website spinner with it, where it "races" around a circular track.

If found this one in a manual but it's not very typical, or high resolution. A little Hornet or similar would be nice (viewed from the top)...

Edit - I could draw an svg in Inkscape myself of course but a ready png would be that much easier.

I think I'll have a go at drawing a little F40...

Getting there... spoiler alert - it's not an F40. I tried it but at that small size it's not very recognisable. Hoping this will be:

Edit - not being that much of an artist, I traced a photo I made.

Does not resize well. :(

I think I'll have to go with some generic free art such as these:

Just looks a lot better than this...

I’d stick with it, your Grasshopper looks great.

Hi Edou, why don’t you try rounding off the font and backs of the tyres. Definitely the front ones, they are a bit brick like at the minute.

Stick with it.

Thanks for the encouragement guys, I think I'll fiddle with the Hopper a bit more. At least you recognised it, lol.

What about one from the side and make it race around the globe?

I love the yellow Grasshopper as well :y:

I quite like that idea, caprinut. I could perhaps create the illusion the earth is turning as well.

Fun detail - the Terra Conqueror has a silhouet in its manual that I could use as a template (and the name is pretty appropriate of course).
