Hello everyone! I am a new member residing near Seattle here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Yesterday I bought on eBay this modified, ready to run Fox. I am a novice to the r/c hobby, not having owned one since I was a teen 40 years ago. I was inspired to buy this after seeing my friend's restored Martini Racing 935. I am not a total stranger to the Tamiya brand, having built some of their superb non-r/c models in the distant past. However, I wanted to find out more about their r/c products and came across your great website, which I am enjoying tremendously. I chose the Fox because I wanted a reasonably priced off-road car and I really liked its looks too. I know I'll greatly enjoy driving my Fox and being a part of your fun and very informative forum.

Ray

Thanks. Knowing little about r/c cars I'm sure I'll have some questions when I receive my Fox in about a week. Everyone seems quite friendly here and I'm sure I can get any help I may need, another reason I joined Tamiyabase.com.
Cheers!
