Hi I’m looking for Hotshot street tires. The stock tires tend to have poor traction on the pavement. I have a 12mm hex conversion kit and looking for tires that can fit the old rims. Or a new set of tires and rims that are the same or similar size and width as the stock hotshot tire.

You could use TGX wheeles

Hotshot wheels are 2".
Optima Mid is one that use that size if you can find any.
Used to be options for 2" foam tires, but they are getting a bit harder to come by as everything seems to be 2.2 or larger these days.

Depending on your location, you could look at the selection of wheels at Modelsport.
I bet you can fit 1.9 tires on with a bit work, like HPI vintage racing tyre 26mm #4793 and #4797 for the rear. They might need foams to prevent the tire to collaps in the center as you are streching a smaller tire onto the slightly bigger wheel than it is intended for.
