TOPIC:

Hi everyone, my name is Nick. Im 42 and in the UK. Im new to the forum but not new to the hobby. During lockdown my passion for RCs was reborn with the help of Youtube (mainly Glenn @ Tamiya Legends) and viewing all the posts on here. 

I've already done a few restorations on some old 80/90s Tamiyas (bigwig, Boomerang, Escort Cosworth) and done some more modern builds too including some custom Tamiya trucks. Having just won a rather rough Porsche 959 on eBay, I will probably need alot of help and advice along the way. So thought Id best stop lurking and say hello to you all.

Welcome nick. The 959 is my favorite. I am restoring/rebuilding its sister and still miss some spares. But the 3d print makes miracles.
