Andy, do you think your neighbour might one day spot the huge sign you’ve put on their roof saying nasty neighbour, man that thing must be like 20 feet long.
😁
I hope I’ve now put an idea in your head.

Haha wouldn't that be good, Unfortunately a 2nd neighbour on the other side has moved away because of him and we a still dealing with them as best we can. They tried (unsuccessfully) To complain about the new shop but I followed all the rules and they got nowhere hahaha nevermind its not even close to their house the 2 main rules are not closer to the boundary than 1mtr (its 1.1mtrs away from all boundaries ) and under 3mtrs in height (its 2.9 at the peak )

Spent today framing up the internal wall and finished off the front :) I have already removed the light fittings from the old shop and install them, Tomorrow I will complete the wiring for them so I can run them off temp power. I will be able to add the brace board to the front so I can then clear out the workshop area for sealing the floor 😬

Really like the black glass door. Adds a nice modern, upscale feel to it.

Thanks, I think so too :) It is certainly a nicer option than the original roller door or side door

Well today was a mile stone day with closing up the front of the shop ;) , I started the day adding another stud in the middle of the side steel frames so I have 450 centers on all fixing points for the barn board. Then I cut up the osb recycled from the front of the old shop (it's in great condition having been on there for 7 years  ) and fitted it up. There has been this can of bristol green exterior paint on the shelf from the previous owner ( Over 10 years) so I figured now was a great time to use it up as a sealer, I really rolled it on heavy and used all 4L the board loved it and soaked it all up :)
