stingray-63 the lathe is a Emco Compact 5. It is the equivalent of is time to a modern Proxxon PD 400 with PF 230. These machines are quite expensive, only the transport should be around 150€ to 200€. If you are starting out the best is to look for a Emco Unimat 3 or 4 on ebay. You should be able to buy one in France or Germany for a better price. In Holland you have this seller who has used material in good condition:
