Nice to see others have the same ideas!

That looks so much better,i like the cover with the grilles in it behind the seats that covers the gaping holes on the re-re body.My next project is to graft the re-re sand rover body onto an srb chassis,im glad you posted that photo,i was scratching my head about what to do about that.

Nice work on the narrowing stevieg :y:

Rick - nice work on covering up the holes too :y:

TBH I barely touched the chassis on my Sand Rover 2011, and took a bit of a different approach on the hole filling :)

Yep can't go wrong with nice bulges at the front
Clever solution, the coolbox and chest in the rear, it brings realism in the car, nicely done!

These look remarkably similar to the original hb rear tyres, anyone know if they will fit the hb wheels?

If you mean the original original HB, then no those tyres wont suit the are also the same as the Striker and are wider than the original original HB. If you mean the re-re HB then also no , they are a smaller diameter.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Here's another narrow-wheeled DT-02 on the Holiday. I noticed it in this clip from Tamiyainc at about 0:20

I took a few snaps of it. I would really like to know what parts were used for the mod because most of the narrowing mods of DT-02 that I've seen so far don't seem very durable.

Also I noticed he's using wheels from Grasshopper II, would that be correct?

Looks like he's used arms/wishbones from some sort of blue colored chassi, or he 3D-printed the parts himself perhaps.
