I have fatigue today so I only managed to rough cut the upper deck parts.
Straight from the cutting table. But I managed to test fit the upper deck before any sanding to see if it would work. For the most part it was a sucess From above. I don't think I will be able to do any work for a few days. Time to rest some after a week of work with this project.

Today I finished making the upper deck plates.
Good enough for a runner, yep I gonna run this thing Fitted the DF01 stuff back on the Lunchbox. Still fits. Ofcourse I forgot to install the standoffs from the Lunchbox gearbox mount to the chassis, so I had to rip it apart a bit later. They was cut to a shade under 22mm each. Steering rubbed on the Lunchbox tub at the servohorn end, so had to change some bolts and nuts. Servobolts had to be fitted from above and nut under the chassis. Needs to be redone when my new servo arrives. For now it will stay like this so I can build the rest of the steering system. The upper deck just clears the tub on the back corners. Less than a millimeter to spare The rest of the workbench time was spent testing some various bits. Front wheels with bearings fitted at back, have 5mm less offset on them. If I'm want to, I can convert front wheels to drive wheels by grind a slot in a brass bushing and epoxy it in. But it would be nice to have them as intended, as front wheels, or a monster trailer. I do love trailers (built 5 so far including the boat trailer in the 90s) Btw I need brass and plastic bushings in the meantime before I get hold of bearings. So instead of sending those bushings into the bin, send them to me I'll pay for shipping ofcourse.

Yes they are 5x11x4, but 5x10x4 could be handy as well. But think most of my bits uses the 11mm ones. I really appreciate your offer.
