The Difference of Two Lambo's 11 years 5 months ago #13432

Hi all, what is/are the differences between the two vintage Countach's... One being the 58005 and the other 58008?

Just bagged a 58008 on eBay and want to start sourcing parts!

Cheers! :woohoo:

Tamiya also introduced the CS Competition Special variant which is an "hopped-up" chassis:

Mabuchi RS380 motor swapped for an RS-540
Motor mount is different and relocated inner chassis
Front tires are semi-sponge
Larger rear sponge tires
Stiffened chassis
Mandatory 6v Ni-Cad pack instead of dry or rechargeable cells

Yep that's about it :) checked with my CS. Needless to say the 58005 wheels and tires are much more "lambo" like, the 58008 are more race competition ones.
