AndyAus Topic Author Offline Moderator Posts: 5068 Likes received: 3310	Made more progress on the Hilux body tonight with a 2nd round of media blasting There is now only a couple of spots to finish by hand The bed needs a small repair to one of mounts but It's just about ready for undercoating If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate Attachments:

A friend blasted for me a midnight body. He used fine glass balls. And the result is of good quality. Remember my set up with the cabinet and dust extraction

IMO media blasting is great because not only does it clean the paint off but it key's the plastic to receive the new paint

The right media, air pressure & application is all it takes

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate
