Waterboc, looking good.

I got up and decided to do tyres and paint. Being impatient the only lexan paints I have are Alclad chrome and Frog stripe pink. In my sleepy daze I got the chrome too thick and it just looks silver. And the Alclad is from 1995 so it may just not work right anymore.

Beermeister try the dampers with the longer ball ends, I think that may give it a better stance.
Right now it reminds me of a frog fllat on its belly ;)
Color looks nice, I hope to give it a go tomorrow with some cans.

That is an interesting build/kit.
Like the look and feel of the new parts.
Pity its only a standard motor but the shell is nice and thick.

Steps 24-27 Bumper, battery retainer, Willy, lights and mounting the body. I'll get to painting Willy one day soon.

Waterboc, the longer ball ends do look better and nice build.

Just took mine out for a drive, 21000rpm motor and a 20T pinion.
Rainy and slippery so not much wheeling but it handles great, good cornering.

Brought mine to work. No traction on slick concrete floors but it can drift pretty well. If it wasn't raining I would've taken it to the car park and done some wheelies.
