Hello.
I’ve put this in the custom build section because I think by the time it’s finished it will be a subtle blend of Wild One and FAV.

So the starting point.

These are the left overs from a bunch of spares I bought in order to get a couple of bits to finish off the FAV.

I also had this in a box along with a roll cage and a few other bits.

So everything has had a clean a if it’s metal a polish.

I had to buy a few bits in the week.
As I’m missing the Wild One front shocks, for now I’m going with FAV springs.
I had one shock tower so for a couple of £’s I picked up an original brand new. Plus the pins for the rear swing arms to go on.
The most expensive buy so far was some new rear springs.

As Sunday was a pretty rubbish day if you’re a big fan of the weather.
So I started putting everything together. Mainly just for fun, but also to flag up what I’m missing and to let me see how I want to finish it off - wheels and body.

Front end.

Front end together.

Starting on the back end.

Fav shocks on the front of a Wild One.......
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Cage fitted and gear box put together and attached.
So far all I’m missing is the metal bracket to attach the gear box to the roll cage.

Rear shocks, arms and axles fitted.

So here’s where we are by the end of Sunday.

Note to self, keep your work area clean. That black chassis has picked up every single bit of dust.

Cheers Flo.
It was a nice way to spend a Sunday.
Now the fun bit, wheels and body.
I’m thinking FAV bonnet and I’ve got some thin aluminium sheet that might make a roof ??

Fav shocks on the front of a Wild One.......

I know !!! But I had the parts to hand. At some point I will put the correct fronts on.
But this allows me to get it closer to being a roller. It was just supposed to be for a bit of fun and now see what's happened.

As I missing a few bits for the build.

Hi Richard, let me know what you’re after, having done the FAV and now this back to back I’ve got some spares.
