Dusted off the barely started "Super Brat" to tackle some of the looseness in the chasis parts - new bearings, a couple of longer screws with nuts behind, new zip ties, one helicoil in a front suspension arm + a few minutes with allen keys & a screwdriver have made things a lot better.
It could stand some new "ball plate(s)" for the front uprights but it's no longer the floppy mess that it was. I really don't feel like starting anything too involved at the moment, but a basic "topper" for the load bed should be fairly simple |

Securing tabs made, wasn't sure if they would hold long terms so reinforced with M3 CSK machine screws. I want to hide the heads rather than paint over them, so stuck caps on with epoxy. Top panel needs internal reinforcement & then all the filling/sanding can begin. Magnets arrived today, no pics but I have epoxied them in & it looks promising
