And here the result of the lever repair. Again I am impressed how good the copy is. Because the silicone also copy the fine micro structure ofe the orginial, the visual apperance is that similar. I think good was to repai as long as you have an original part available.

Today I tried the fuse holder Repro. I think from first try not too bad. Took a brass pipe you get the holder from and a soft, thin-walled isolater PVC tube from eletronic parts supply. The warm melt fixation on the wire was done with zero second glue.

If you look at it with bare eyes from normal distance it is hard to identify orginal and repro. Repro is the one without the yellowish tube .... ;-)

That is awesome. And the metal parts are shinier than out of box ones.

Controller job finished today, ready to be built in. Except 2 fuse are missing but already ordered. All controllers are fully functionial although they will not see high current in the rest of their life. But I like the thought that I could run them if I need to...

The two fuse repros look good enough. Now, side by side I like that "new" green. Think about to replace the green wire on the two where they are original and long enough. What do you think?

Great work on these MSCs!
I particularly like the repro fuse-tube! Good thinking!
