I’ve got as far as I can on my Hotshot for now.
New tyres have been ordered. But I’ll wait for some proper sunshine??? to try the Peroxide treatment on the wheels.
I also need to remove the paint. I experimented with Graffiti remover on the wing. It looked amazing until I ran it under water and it went cloudy, gutted.

So for now I’m putting it away in its box. To be finished off the summer.

To be on the safe side, only use Tamiya Paint Remover or Carson Paintkiller.

I have found both nitro fuel and "acetone free" varnish remover to fog up lexan.
My Wild One body had to be scrapped to the varnish remover, which was a shame as the lexan itself was very good but with bad paint.
Grafitti remover needs to be plastic friendly as well.
It's always adviceable to test on a scrap piece first.

Sorry to hear the wing fogged up.

I just hope the "plastic safe" paint killer I bought a while back will work for my project which has heavy brush on paint.
Need to remind myself to test if first.
I'm good at giving advice, but not as much when to follow them myself.
