Ciao fioi, at the end of 2021 I've bought this neglected motor in a local site:

For first I've opened it and started to deep clean it but it have been forgot for months between two windows exposed to the tremedous sun of this mortal summer. So the pink of the can, already full of scars, have been faded in the most hitten part, mea culpa!

In the last weeks I've started to collect some parts useful to its restoration: endbell have been arrived and a new armature and decal are on the way.

Some old screws have been also saved.

A paint stripper have been ordered, so next step is the complete remove of the old paint.

I keep one for my Dyna Storm in case I sell it ;)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Paint have been easily removed via paintstripper, I applied it and let it working for a pair of hours using a hard nylon brush to remove the paint mash. Only a few of paint leftovers are visible and I will remove them with sandpaper.

New rotor have been arrived, fine primer in the wrong color have been sprayed (my fault in ordering it) but right color is waiting to be applied. Repro decal on its way.

Final touches for the can have been made: a new bearing have been fitted and the new decal have been applied. All is ready to complete the mission.

Happy 2023 to you all!
My Acto Power have been finished just yesterday.
Only a few of minutes to put togheter new and restored parts.
Only a doubt about its magnets conditions: spin it by hand is easy and I'm not experienced enough to understand if it's normal or it means that magnets are gone.

Nice work indeed!

Totally normal.
Only gets hard to turn when brushes are fitted.
