Ever since I was dumb enough to trade my Clod for some Kyosho nitro cars in the 90s, I've regretted that move.

Well' I have lusted for a Clod for a while and this came up for sale not far from me, and the price was very cheap.
And since I've got some extra funds lately, the time was perfect.
The eagle eyed among you have seen this before on this site. Who can recall where??

My health has getting a tad better lately so last Saturday I took a trip to collect it.

Have always wanted a stock vintage Clod, so this will get a resto with the box art color down the line.
And this is the sought after with bowtie grille and Chevrolet script at the back, whoooo

This will be an easy resto as there a little to non damage.
I had a quick look after I got it home and as far I can see I need:

#Rollbar - One leg is missing.
#Rollbar lights - Missing.
#G3 part as act as a foot mount for the rollbar to the bed.
#New Bumpers - Due scratches.
#Missing the battery holder - the one that snaps on.
#Red parts - A bit scruffed up, but nothing major.

Tires still feels soft and with no cracks.
Wheels seems fine.
Chassis just needs a clean.
MSC needs fixing.

And it was sold without radio gear.

All in all I'm super happy and thanks for letting me buy it!

Nice one Richard. I will see in my spares for the clod. I restored mine some years ago and was very happy. What do you need for the msc?
