There was no mention of others, I am aware of a full 3D printed chassis set that failed during bench test.
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

What would go into producing a mold? Perhaps 3D printing a tire out of a soft compound, and then making a silicone mold off of it. I don't have a 3D printer but if i did i would definitely give it a try.

The GB-01 tyres arrived, Happy I ordered both front and rears so I could see for myself how they fit. For me the fronts are the option I like, The outer diameter is less than the OG rally tyres but the same as the OG slick. The rear option also rubs on the rear arm. You can see in the pictures one side fitted with the rears and the other with the fronts and lastly will fronts all around.

Nice to know!

HPI MX60 slicks tires fits right on and has same diameter as the orginals. Even the width is the same.
