Hey all Well just another RC I saved recently and have been rejuvenating This is a Tower Hobbies ST-15 stadium truck I picked it up in a job lot for which I was more interested in the other of the 2 RC's. As you can see from the pic's it was in bad shape Not only did it have the wrong wheels on it, but it was covered in all types of grime

Reminds me of a Blackfoot aka "the monstertruck".

So firstly I stripped it all down and cleaned everything up I decided to rebuild it as was to see what was missing from original, as well as sorting out the shocks I needed to get a new spur gear which I chose to go with the 2 speed option I wanted to get the original rims for it but decided to get some aftermarket tyres

After disassembly cleaning reassembly and disassembly I decided to remove the anodized blue from the chassis and top deck, since it was in such poor condition this was an easy choice Even though there was some tarnishing from the original damage I didn't polish to keep some simplicity, then all I needed to do was wait for some parts after doing the final assembly

Maybe could you brush it to have a good finish and it is easier than polish?
