Thx, oh yeah i am. I planed to buy a 40W laser cutter this year, i think this photo changed my mind...........i need a printer :D

Well i couldnt cut my rib cage yet due to our extended lockdown here in germany and i was too impatient to simply wait the time out.....
I think vacuum forming is on halt, but handcrafting the Exner race version is still on my list, since it is more therapy for me. Working at my PC doesnt reduce my smoking habbits.

Wall thickness of 0.7mm is too thin, a few holes in the body. Also need to put the rear side window more into the innerside, since the glass will be glued from outside there. The air intakes i will close, there are deformations in it. Main body will be also cut into 2 halfs, since the height of the center part might cause some distortions too. Everything else worked out fine.

I need some help from you guys. I started working on the interior. How much height clearence do you need on your m-chassis for all components installed. Please measure from bottom plate to the top of your tallest component.
