Cheers Jonny, it's all fibreglass now days. I probably need to get lucky and find someone with very old stock OR buy 1.6mm bakelite and find out how to layer on the copper plate.

You maybe could dye the frp? I had some bakelite plates but very too thick. They are isolator plates.
