This week I have been mostly building lockers ... these are slightly overscale (50 x 50 x 165mm) to suit Willy figure dimensions

Wow, you had a helmet ready!
I thought it would be a macabre picture to place a willy head/helmet on the shelf... well, that's sacrilege when I come to think of it...

I don't know about "ready", there's a long way to go yet - fill the hole on the back, Milliput for the lining, filler on the seam, etc etc ... basic technique was to take the head halves from a Willy "torso" type figure, Dremel off the face, inner structure & most of the underside

Finally did a bit more work on this ...

Made a plug to bung up the hole on the back of the helmet - and sawed the hands off the spare body:




Hands got a styrene insert to close up the undersides:





A lot of dremelling later, they look more like gloves; I'm not sure if I'll use them as is or heat & squash them a little flatter. Plug on back of helmet sanded out first time, but poor matching on shell halves meant a lot of sanding, and some filler too:





Inside of helmet now has a Milliput liner:

Meanwhile, I also built a couple of simple desks:
