things cheap enough for resale

You're right, it doesn't offer enough margin for that.
I'm a bit confused about the great variety in prices.
Not sure what that's about...
But in general it's a very cool technical development that'll probably get cheaper in the (near) future.
And already interesting for some applications. :)

... And talking of filler, this is a tube I bought very recently off eBay - the seller was very good about replacing it, but I can't help thinking they should have picked up on it when they picked/packed it ....

Tear in tube ...

... let all the solvent out, solidifying the contents:

M5 bolt will be replaced with a cap head bolt ...

Have to work on the pipe feed plate next :)

Simplest is usually best, so the "fuel line connection" plate is a simple round of 1.5mm sheet with 3 holes in it, more M2 screws & nuts. "Fuel line" will be silicone sleeve in green, red & black (for the 3 connectors - fuel, fuel return, and vent)... I'm thinking 330mm long should cover most eventualities.

Only made the one prototype thus far, need to have a break & a tidy up as I'm getting frustrated with "loosing" stuff in plain sight :S

I need to get some more primer & wait for some supplies before I can do any more on the fuel safes, so i've started on the rad ...
