I recently finished this video of restoring the Super champ
It took me about 3 months to make the video, most of that time was waiting for parts to turn up

Nicely done mate, Are you Italian? You do a lot of talking with your had  How it the run time with your new battery?
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

Thanks, no I am Australian.
The run time is about maybe 8 minutes.
I'm looking for a new project at the moment, hoping I can get a hotshot to restore

Nice video, personally I wouldn't put any wire wheel dremil bit onto metal parts as mine will remove metal & leave the parts all scratched. It was a shame that they re-released it under a new name as it probably killed the value of these more than before.
My other car is a Tamiya - bumper sticker on my van

Thanks, the wire wheel removed the surface rust quite well but is a bit hash on the alloy parts.

It all seems worthwhile in the end when you finish a long build
