Body is something old, but the rest bar the electronics seems to be new ish.
If you take a closer look at picture 6, you can spot the modern chassi in bottom of the body.
Not that up to date on F1 chassis, but it reminds me of Tamiya F102-103 type chassis, plate that is.
No idea what the front and rear suspension is.

To me it looks homemade.

I can also spy the Claus Ludwig name in picture 7, he is known for driving the Zakspeed Capri among other vehicles.

Mine's running with the Grasshopper adapter. I'd love to have that bit... 40GBP is way too much for that alu bit! :(

Seller states in Spanish that he used a 70's Made in France body with a custom chassis that includes specially made duraluminum parts.

Saw this Mini 1275GT on ebay ... I once looked at a 1:1 version (also in black) with a view to buying, but it was bent. I don't mean it was a ringer or otherwise dodgy, but that it was visibly parrallelogrammed at the A-pillars forward- by a number of inches

I'm guessing it's this body - assuming it becomes available again I think I might recreate the car in the listing, just cheaper & without the ugly :S

It looks nice. I saw sometimes real 1275 gt but all were rusted. In black it's nice to.

Well that's any original Mini for you - new front wings, floor and both subframes service items at 10 years old (or less), lots more patching after that, complete restoration at 20

:)

One of my teachers at high school had a mini. Every years or 2 he needed to replace the complete break system. Carburetor needed to be trimmed each season ( with the oil bubble in the hole)...
Now same a 80's mini costs more than my focus.... :S
But it is a tiny classic car. :)
