:) Hi guys,
I bought this big lot of SRB pieces.

Now, they are in the soap to be clean.
I had the good surprise that in the set, was a rare for me option, a super champ ball differential :y: .
I knew from Andy that it was a butterfly chassis too.

Which car can I buid with this type of chassis?
I know that I can buid 1 super champ and 1 sand scorcher (without msc this one)
I could build a third srb but uncomplete.
Small questions:
Can I put a SC msc on a sand scorcher? and the butterfly chassis was made for which car??? And somebody has infos or manuals for this chassis???
Thank you for your advices
Flo

Remember yellowcats custom Ranger build, He used a butterfly chassis, So for me you should use the butterfly to build a Ranger & a standard chassis with the radio box to build a Scorcher :) You have some special parts for the Ranger there, I'm very envious :) So If you like, Just box them all up and post to me :y: ;)

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem mate :)

   Sorry Andy,
I will before build the twin classics and after I'll maybe make a third but it would need some spares like several tires front suspension springs and maybe others.

Woohoo! That's a nice lot!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

The "CRP #1015 - Butterfly chassis" was a LWB fiberglass chassis for the SRBs. There were also a SWB version, the "CRP #1021 - Butterfly (short)". These were also prepared for wider front ends.

RCH also made a "butterfly style" chassis, very much like the original CRP "Butterfly", this was also made from fiberglass, but had a slightly different shape.

The butterfly shaped chassis you got in that lot, I've honestly never seen before. It's not a "Butterfly", but it's certainly a "Butterfly style" chassis. I will have to ask a few people about that, maybe someone will know what it is. What material is it? Is the bumper an integral part of the chassis? Could you share some close up photos of it?
