Yep buddy! But the hood has only one small decal on it. 1000 grit wet paper to have a less poor result on the hood. Another challenge

Hi Stingray! You should try grey scotch brite with water and maybe soap for finitions... Apply a spray filler before a new layer of paint (Tamiya products are good) and sand it again (1000/1200 wet paper).
Avoid paint remover on ABS shell... And good luck! |

It's not just me that thinks the front wheels look like space saver spare wheels then The paint looks ok but with a lot of orange peel - I think you just need to go a bit slower, it could have been fixed by leaving it to harden properly, flatting it back gently with a high number wet & dry paper, clear coat, more curing & rubbing out |

Yes they are front spare wheeles (I need to buy brat ones because ranger ones are unfindable)
This car is a blue orange but that's the application of the blue wich was bad. I didn't still found the good dilution nor pressure with my airbrush. I have to make other tests (same with your advices) With the clear coat, it was better. Maybe, I use a too small buse. I am thinking to buy another airbrush a little bigger. Another time, thanks for your advices Jonny. Same if the results aren't very good they are precious advices. |
