Right! The egress is done. No budget for a new kit or resto project.
It's time to give health to my dad's original Avante.
The menu is:
A full dismantling
Cleaning spares
Ordering what it need
New body and decals sheet
New hop up chassis (when I'll find it in my mess)
New tamiya tires (I hope)
And a beautifull boxart shelfqueen Avante.

Where can I find a set of uniball rubber socks??? Nothing on the bay. Mine are tired.

I have now an avante kit to build.

Good news, the avante hadn't lot of runs. Same the motor pinion is very nice. A good cleaning and regreasing and let's go. The technigold is in mint condition. I only have a worn uniball but others in spares.

I worked lightly yesterday evening. Cleaned and refilled the shocks.

gears are cleaned and diffs greased

The chassis is done. Now I am waiting new dress and new shoes for the avante.
