Hi fellow Tamiya fans!

Here I am selling my Tamiya Porsche 908/3 model.

The car is in very good condition for its age.
But What's so interesting about this car is that it was not sold as a kit.
But as a body shell that you could put one of your existing cars.
This makes it very unique as only the Tamiya Porsche 908/3 model and another Tamiya Lotus model (from memory) were ever sold as body kits alone.

Anyway enough of my "chit chat!"

For your info, the chassis pictured in your ebay ad is the " CS chassis " used on models 58008 and 58009 (not on Porsche 936, Porsche 935 or Porsche 934)

Oops, your right! I need to check my facts properly! However, the Tamiya Porsche 936 Chassis is the same I think.

Not quite
The 936 use the "Countach" chassis which is similar to the CS chassis, but not the same. It's called the "Countach" chassis because the 58005 Countach was the first to use it.

I see now. The Countach chassis has a straight metal piece of the chassis. And the CS chassis is curved coming to the front.
That's a good pick up. I would of had no idea.
