I have it, and I like it. It has a very practical shape, and the receivers are very cheap. It is a cheap product though, with some bugs like dodgy steering pot and reversed steering tuning. But these are things that can be fixed, and maybe not all TG3 have the same problems. For the money it's the best radio system.
Also I want to add that the steering turning degree is slightly higher than the usual standard, which makes the TG3 very useful for slower vehicles. |

Yes ... but as usual with Tamiya, no production numbers, so it's anyone's guess as to the proportion that are "mk.1" (short wheelarch) vs later long wheelarch versions ... My thoughts are it's probably about 5% (1 in 20). |
