The Rough rider is the first of the well known, and still (2017) alive SRB series. The Rough Rider shares the chassis with the even more famous Sand Scorcher and the Ford F-150 Ranger XLT.
The chassis is a big step forward for Tamiya at the time, as a large amount of the parts are made from metal and then very durable.
