What detergent did you clean the body with? The pattern looks very much like that caused by mould release agent & the way that tiny particles of dirt gets attracted to it - your average dish/pot/pan washing detergent (Fairy in the UK, Dawn in the US, can't say I've done a canonogical list of tops brands elsewhere;) ) should have fetched it off...
Regardless, congrats on doing it properly & taking it back to bare "metal" - the usual "fix" is to put more & more paint on in the hope the problem will go away ...

After repainting the body it came out as it should. I really don't know what happened but certainly as Jonny pointed out i didn't cleaned the body enough to remove the release agent.
Anyway, after that i started to apply the decals before "sealing" them with clear lacque. As i kept progressing, i noticed that the decals for the air intake located on the hood wasn't really aligned and i didn't wanted it to be like that. So, i cutted it completely off so that the middle blue and red decals got separated. Cutted them into the right length and aligned them properly. If i align the red ones, the blue aren't And vice versa, if the blue ones are, the red aren't aligned So started aligning the blue ones Proud owner of the Bruiser Family
