2nd line I'm struggling on ... this is poor English, but the rest of the sentence is lacking in punctuation anyway, so here goes:

They are list prices not sell prices FOOL MAN.


3rd set of asterisks, I did wonder if there was a 17 letter word appertaining to bears (those being the first class of animals I could think of that hibernate - yes I did notice that, clever ), but this also fits (in more than one way;) ) :
